A leading global law firm based in London seeks a Manager of Legal Talent and Practice Relations to oversee talent development and retention strategies. The role involves guiding leadership meetings, contributing to policy development, and strengthening relationships within the firm. The Manager of Legal Talent and Practice Relations is an integral part of Latham's Human Capital & Talent team. This role will be responsible for overseeing talent development and retention, focusing on utilisation, development, and integration whilst also advising on broader legal talent and practice management initiatives to align with organisational goals. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, including organising, planning, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and effective interaction with all organisational levels.
