A leading consulting firm is seeking a Manager in the Health & Care sector to drive transformation initiatives and enhance NHS outcomes. Our Health & Care sector is a critical part of our business and plays a major role in designing and delivering transformation for the NHS. We are seeking a Manager to help lead and grow our Health & Care consulting portfolio taking full ownership of engagements shaping our go‑to‑market propositions and contributing directly to the strategic direction of the practice. This role combines hands‑on delivery with the freedom to innovate, build client relationships and influence the future of how Moorhouse partners with the NHS.
This is a high‑visibility role at the heart of our growth journey offering the autonomy and influence of a boutique environment with the quality rigour and ambition of leading consultancy.
What are we looking for
Experience leading work with commissioners, Integrated Care Systems, NHSE or national bodies including strategy planning and delivery of large‑scale transformation.
Proven ability to lead change programmes within provider organisations improving patient flow, workforce productivity, elective recovery or service efficiency.
Exceptional programme delivery and transformation capability with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
