Management Accountant (Hybrid, London, United Kingdom)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Estates, Facilities, Core Technology, Security, IT, and Fleet. Every team member contributes to our lasting impact, helping keep the nation's critical digital infrastructure connected and protected.

This role involves working within a fast-paced technology organization, closely collaborating with business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts. Responsibilities include delivering timely, accurate financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making, and providing clear insights on actual and forecasted results for projects. The role also supports senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with senior finance team to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing and reporting on financial forecasts across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and variance comparisons.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, work with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, and challenge financial results.

Key Requirements:

• Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
