Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role collaborates within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and interpretation of financial results to support decision-making. The role also involves providing clear analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist with developing forecasts, measure, and report on progress (cash, P&L, and balance sheet).
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Ensure area reviews for projects are conducted, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Who you are:

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Previous experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
