Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the continued success of our business divisions. These include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. This role collaborates within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with the business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and interpretation of financial results to support decision-making. The role also involves providing clear analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with senior finance to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts, measuring, and reporting on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results and KPIs, comparing actuals to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified
• Experience in a business-facing finance role
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems
