Management Accountant - London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the continued success of our business divisions. These include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, Commercial, Estates, Facilities, Core Technology, Security, IT, and Fleet. This role involves working closely with the business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reports and analysis of financial results to support decision-making. The role also includes providing clear insights into actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in achieving financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate reporting, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified
• Experience in a business-facing finance role
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems
