Management Accountant London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions. These include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. In this role, working within a fast-paced technology organization, you will collaborate closely with the business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts. You will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and interpretation of financial results to support decision-making. Additionally, you will analyze actual and forecasted results for assigned projects and assist senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear and concise analysis to enable effective business decisions.
• Assist in developing forecasts, measure and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare meaningful historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Ensure area reviews are conducted for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified
• Previous experience in a business-facing finance role
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems
