Management Accountant London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role involves working within a fast-paced technology organization, collaborating closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and interpretation of financial results to support effective decision-making. The role also includes providing clear analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

1. Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
2. Assist in developing forecasts, measure, and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
3. Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
4. Manage 2 direct reports.
5. Conduct area reviews for projects, work with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, and scrutinize financial results.

Who you are:

This role suits a detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
• Previous experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
