This role collaborates within a fast-paced tech organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making. The role involves analyzing actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in ensuring financial targets are met. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with senior finance to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts, and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and variance comparisons.
• Manage 2 direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
