Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner

Full Time | Kidlington (Hybrid - 4 days office / 1 day home)

Savant are supporting the search for a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to join the finance team of a well-established construction business with a long heritage and an exciting growth agenda.

This is a key role reporting into the Financial Controller, providing high-quality management information, owning balance sheet areas, and playing a pivotal part in month-end and year-end processes. The position offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence financial decision-making within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts for review by the Financial Controller
• Produce month-end analysis for business stakeholders, including WIP and KPI reporting
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting across key revenue and cost areas
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective exchange of financial information
• Take ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and support monthly reviews
• Prepare monthly CIS returns and ad-hoc statistical reporting
• Provide financial analysis and ad-hoc support to the Financial Controller and management team
