Job description

We are supporting a rapidly growing, PE‑backed business to recruit a Management Accountant. Current turnover in the UK is £130m but with a number of strategic acquisitions lined up this will increase to £180m in the next 12 months. This is a newly created role due to recent acquisitions.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Detailed margin, production, and cost analysis to support commercial decisions.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with clear commentary.
• Business partnering with divisional managers to provide financial guidance.
• Monitoring stock, materials usage, and production efficiency from a financial perspective.
• Supporting continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong management accounting skills, ideally in a product‑led or operational environment.
• Analytical and commercially minded with the ability to challenge and influence.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
• Strong communicator who can translate financial data into actionable insights.
