Overview

Shift Engineering Team Leader — Loughborough — 3-shift pattern — £51,803

We are supporting a well-established manufacturing business in Loughborough with the appointment of a Shift Engineering Team Leader.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop engineers within the maintenance team
  • Deliver preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and maximise output
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems
  • Drive improvements in OEE through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across site
What We\'re Looking For
  • Time-served mechanical or electrical apprenticeship (minimum Level 3)
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Experience within industrial/manufacturing plant maintenance
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
