Job summary

Cmsol is seeking a Maintenance Work Scheduler based in Amesbury to plan and coordinate engineers for domestic boiler repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance under a busy South West contracts team.

The role is permanent, Mon-Fri 8.00am - 5.00pm (40hr week with some flexibility), with 21 days + 8 bank holidays, optional overtime, training and progression. Some home-working options are available as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration/scheduling or office scheduling.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
• Strong communication via phone and email with field engineers and clients.
• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineers for domestic boiler repairs, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
• Arrange service/repair appointments with customers and client representatives; schedule with engineers using planning software.
• Deal with enquiries via telephone and email ensuring a positive customer journey.
