Job summary

Cmsol is seeking a Work Scheduler to join our team in Amesbury. The role is permanent, Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, 40 hours with some flexibility, and offers part work-from-home options.

You will coordinate engineers for domestic boiler repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance across the Salisbury area, working with a contracts manager and field-based engineers. Aimed for candidates with scheduling/admin experience, you will use planning software and MS Office to schedule services, handle

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will need to demonstrate previous administration/scheduling experience.
• Previous office scheduling experience is beneficial but not essential; a dedicated training program will be delivered.
• An ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
• Good understanding of basic Microsoft packages including Excel and MS Teams.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work under own initiative and in a busy office environment as a team.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with field-based engineers both face to face and via phone and email communications.
• Arranging service and repair appointments with customers and client representatives, scheduling engineers using planning software.
• Dealing with enquiries by telephone and email ensuring that the customer has had a positive customer journey.
• Comply with and support company procedures.
