Job summary

CMS is seeking a Maintenance Work Scheduler to join our team in Quedgley. You will plan and coordinate domestic boiler servicing, repairs and preventive maintenance across our housing contracts, working with engineers and the contracts manager to keep jobs moving smoothly.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with training provided. You should be proficient with Excel and MS Teams, capable of multitasking in a busy office, and comfortable communicating with customers and client
