Job summary

Cmsol is seeking a Maintenance Planner / Works Scheduler in Salisbury. You will work Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, coordinating field engineers for boiler repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance across the south and west country.

You’ll handle face-to-face and remote communications, arrange appointments, and use planning software. A training program is provided; overtime is available. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration/scheduling in an office environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineers for domestic boiler repairs and servicing.
• Arrange service/repair appointments with customers and clients using planning software.
• Manage enquiries by phone and email to ensure a positive customer journey.
