Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a highly capable M&E Supervisor to direct day-to-day estate upkeep across a flagship facility in North London. You will supervise the internal fabric team, oversee water management systems, and coordinate third‑party contractors to meet safety and quality standards.

The role requires robust supervisory experience, strong RAMS and CAFM/CMMS skills, and a flexible on‑call commitment. You will work with client stakeholders, manage maintenance planning, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory background leading facilities maintenance teams.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and quality-audit maintenance programmes.
• Competent in RAMS creation and safety compliance.
• Experience with CAFM/CMMS and standard office software.
• Professional communication to engage clients and teams.
• Willing to participate in a 24-hour on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day estate upkeep and supervise fabric maintenance staff and third‑party contractors.
• Oversee site water management systems and hygiene regimes to maintain compliance.
• Plan, allocate and track PPM and reactive tasks to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor performance, attendance, and provide staff training and cover.
• Operate CAFM/CMMS, log tasks, update records, and maintain compliance docs.
• Engage with client representatives and manage incident/escalation procedures.
