Job summary

Confidential, based near Trinity Buoy Wharf in London, seeks a Contract Coordinator on a temporary basis to ensure maintenance works meet SLA targets. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with weekly pay via umbrella company at £17-£19 per hour.

The role involves scheduling ppm and reactive work orders, allocating jobs, and updating the database while managing engineers' diaries and prioritising workloads. General administrative tasks are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in scheduling
• FM background would be ideal
• Experience in a similar role such as repairs planner, FM coordinator, FM Scheduler, Works coordinator, Works planner, repairs admin, Helpdesk coordinator

Responsibilities

• Schedule ppm and reactive work orders to engineers
• Allocate jobs and update the database

• Carry out general administrative work as required
