Overview

Maintenance Plumber – Wolverhampton. Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + 40 days holiday + Generous pension + 37 hours per week Monday to Friday + minimal on call with Time and a half + Sick pay.

This opportunity is with a leading further education provider known for delivering high-quality education to its students. The campus is well maintained, and the estates team works together to care for the facilities.

In this position you will assist and work with the team to maintain the building's plumbing and heating systems. It is a Monday to Friday role with no expected overtime. There is an on‑call requirement once every 6 weeks, but it is minimal.

The ideal candidate has a background in NHS, education, or other industrial services and holds a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) with relevant industrial experience.

The Role

• Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:00, with an early finish on Friday
• Work in a fantastic facility with like-minded individuals
• Minimal on-call hours
