An academic institution in Eastleigh is seeking a Maintenance Operative to undertake a variety of trade tasks across campuses, ensuring the upkeep of facilities. Ideal candidates will hold a recognised trade qualification and have experience in multiple trades. Responsibilities include general maintenance and emergency repairs. The University of Southampton requires a full time Maintenance Operative - Multi-trade to join the Estates and Facilities Department to undertake a variety of Building trade related tasks across our academic campuses supporting the academic and business needs of the organisation. This role will be 40 hours per week, Mon-Friday.
