A housing and maintenance service provider is seeking a full-time Maintenance Officer based in Oxfordshire. The role involves conducting compliance checks and minor repairs across key worker and student sites, ensuring high service standards. Candidates should have prior experience in social housing, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to use their own tools. The position offers a salary of up to £39,000, benefits including a company van, and opportunities for professional growth.

Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum, plus company van & fuel card
Hours: 42.5 per week (8:00–17:00, Monday – Friday)
Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. We successfully complete over 46,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!
We are expanding our Maintenance Officer team to ensure high‑quality service across our Oxford key worker and student sites.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21, have held your licence for over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
