Maintenance Manager duties and responsibilities

• Develop business structure for internal management
• Develop marketing plan and strategy
• Supervising all workers and ensuring they follow safe work practices and maintain schedule
• Scheduling contractors and make sure the work delivered accordingly with standard quality
• Discussing maintenance concerns with the employer and communicating these to Maintenance Workers and find solution
• Developing maintenance budgets hiring maintenance crew and negotiating vendor contracts.
• Controlling and monitoring inventory
• Coordinating work performed by outside vendors
• Monitoring all other stuff performanmce
• Find problem solving solution on site and consult with management.
