Job summary

A leading construction staffing agency is seeking a reliable Maintenance Labourer to join a team in Lymington. The successful candidate will assist trade staff with maintenance and repair work, carry out clearance of void properties, and perform external repairs. A valid driving license and full PPE are required. This position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week and does not require a CSCS card as it is not based on a construction site.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable maintenance labourer to join a team in Lymington, Hampshire. As a labourer, you will be responsible for working alongside the trades team and clearing properties on a day to day basis.

This is not a building site so a CSCS card is not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting trade staff with maintenance & repair work across their operating area.
  • Working for a large maintenance contractor.
  • Clearence work of void properties.
  • External repairs.
  • Vehicle supplied for internal material runs between depots.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • Comptent to drive a flat bed van.
  • You must have full PPE.
  • 40 hours a week.
