Haven is seeking a Maintenance Hub Administrator to support the Facilities Team in coordinating maintenance across the park. You will manage records, liaise with contractors, and ensure safe, well‑maintained environments for guests and owners.

The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided, with opportunities for career development and employee perks.

Formación

• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
• Experience with stock/asset management or goods-in processes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with IT systems and software (training provided).
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.
• Proactive, team‑oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks with timely responses to service requests.
• Manage goods-in processes: receiving, recording, and organizing deliveries.
• Oversee stock and asset records and ensure efficient control systems.
• Liaise with contractors to manage schedules, locations, and compliance.
• Maintain work orders, inspections, and compliance data up-to-date.
• Monitor inventory levels of tools and supplies and arrange replenishments.
• Act as a communication hub between maintenance, contractors, and other departments.
• Support adherence to Health & Safety protocols and standards.
• Provide customer service to guests, owners, and team members.
