Job summary

Haven is seeking a Maintenance Hub Administrator to support the Facilities Team across the park. You will coordinate maintenance tasks, manage goods-in processes, stock records, and liaise with contractors to ensure schedules, locations and compliance are met.

The role requires strong organisational skills, good communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment while upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring timely responses.
• Manage goods-in processes, receipts and deliveries.
• Oversee stock and asset management with accurate records.
• Liaise with contractors to manage schedules and compliance.
• Maintain work orders, inspections and compliance data.
• Monitor tool/inventory levels and arrange replenishments.
• Act as hub between maintenance, contractors, and other departments.
• Support adherence to Health & Safety protocols.
• Provide excellent service to guests, owners, and team members.
