Haven, the UK’s leading holiday operator, is looking for a Maintenance Manager to steer our facilities operations across parks. You’ll lead a dynamic Facilities & Maintenance Hub, drive performance, and ensure our sites are safe, efficient, and welcoming for both guests and team members.

This hands-on role manages budgets, schedules, contractors, and staff development, while upholding health and safety standards and company policies.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in maintenance or facilities leadership.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Flexible to evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining welcoming, safe environments.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets and resources for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and drive continuous improvement.
• Support training and development to grow the team.
