Job summary

Haven is seeking a Maintenance Hub Administrator to support the Facilities Team in coordinating maintenance tasks, stock control, and contractor liaison across the park. You will ensure records are accurate and data is up to date, while delivering strong customer service to guests and team members.

The role emphasizes proactive organisation, multi-tasking in a busy environment, and adherence to safety standards, with full training provided for IT systems used.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience in stock, asset management, or goods-in processes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using IT systems (training provided).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring timely responses to service requests.
• Manage goods-in processes, including receiving, recording, organising deliveries and supplies.
• Oversee stock and asset management, ensuring accurate records and efficient control systems.
• Liaise with contractors to manage schedules, work locations, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and compliance checks, ensuring data is up to date.
• Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies, arranging replenishments when needed.
• Act as a communication hub between the maintenance team, contractors, and other departments.
• Support adherence to Health & Safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service when addressing queries from guests, owners, and team members.
