Job summary

Haven is seeking a Maintenance Hub Administrator to support the Facilities Team in maintaining safe, well‑maintained parks across the UK. You will coordinate maintenance tasks, manage goods‑in processes, oversee stock and asset records, and liaise with contractors to ensure compliant schedules.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, experience in stock/asset management is advantageous, and proficiency with IT systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring timely responses to service requests.
• Manage goods-in processes, including receiving, recording, organising deliveries and supplies.
• Oversee stock and asset management, ensuring accurate records and efficient control systems.
• Liaise with contractors to manage schedules, work locations, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and compliance checks, ensuring all data is up to date.
