Job summary

Haven's Maintenance Hub Administrator at Far Grange Holiday Park in Skipsea, East Yorkshire, coordinates maintenance tasks, manages records, and supports the Facilities Team to keep areas safe and well-maintained.

You will handle goods-in, stock and asset control, liaise with contractors, maintain work orders and inspections, and uphold Health & Safety standards while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience in stock, asset management, or goods-in processes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using IT systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring timely responses to service requests.
• Manage goods-in processes: receiving, recording, organizing deliveries and supplies.
• Oversee stock and asset management with accurate records and efficient control systems.
• Liaise with contractors to manage schedules, work locations, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections and compliance checks; keep data up to date.
• Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies; arrange replenishments.
• Act as a communication hub between maintenance team, contractors, and other departments.
• Support adherence to Health & Safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing queries from guests, owners, and team members.
