Maintenance Engineer

Temporary Ongoing Contract (Temp to Perm)

Salary between £43300 - £43400 (overtime available)

Shift Pattern:

Rotating (06:00-14:30 / 14:30-23:00, Fridays 06:00-12:00 / 12:00-18:00)

Key Responsibilities

Provide engineering support across a diverse range of machinery, including automated presses and robotic arms.

Conduct planned preventative maintenance in accordance with the site's maintenance schedule.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently to minimise production downtime.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.

Participate in engineering improvement initiatives and contribute to solving complex technical challenges.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrable experience as a multi-skilled engineer within a manufacturing or production setting.

Strong fault-finding capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Familiarity with PLC systems and robotic equipment is advantageous.

Experience working with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Flexible and adaptable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
