Overview

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers

Locations: East Anglia

Salary: £32,884.80 + Regular Overtime

Hours: 40/week + Travel (30 mins each way unpaid)

Join Norse FM. We're expanding our team following a major contract win and are looking for experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to deliver top tier building maintenance across East Anglia.

What You’ll Do

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you\'ll be the go-to expert for keeping our client\'s retail sites safe, functional, and compliant. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Performing scheduled maintenance and urgent reactive repairs across multiple sites
  • High-quality maintenance: plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting, lamp replacement, plastering, locks, glazing & more
  • Supporting project works and minor installations as needed
  • Carry out compliance inspections, reactive repairs, minor works & project support
  • Working in pairs to complete tasks efficiently and safely
  • Participating in a 24-hour call-out rota and occasionally working away from home
  • Collaborating with coordinators and management to plan jobs and ensure materials are ready
  • Communicating clearly with clients and adapting to their needs
  • Working at height when required (MEWP/IPAF training provided)
  • Using initiative to overcome challenges and deliver high-quality result
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in building maintenance (retail environment preferred)
