Role: Maintenance Engineer

Shift: Panama Days and Nights (Days first 6 months)

Location: Birmingham

Operational in over 50 countries world wide and forever growing within the UK

This site in Birmingham is a brand new site for the company that is currently finishing the final steps before going live, The site will be fully automated with millions of pounds worth of investment into making sure the site is state of the art for when it opens. They are currently looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to join the company, someone who will lead the innovation. So if you are looking to work in automated logistics on a brand new site this is for you

The Role

• Be working on state of the art: bagging machines, conveyors, various material handling systems and more
• Day to day maintenance including carrying out reactive tasks and standard PPMS
• Mechanically you will be replacing like for like components, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems and fault finding
• Electrically you will be fault finding, working with sensors, relays and working in control panels
• Joining a small team of engineers

Candidate

• Has a recognised engineering qualification
• Confident in working independently and with a Site Engineer
• Confident fault finding Mechanically and Electrically
• Confident in reading drawings
