Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a commercial building in St Pauls, London. You will perform M&E planned and reactive maintenance across tenanted services as part of a on-site team.

The role requires electrical qualifications and City & Guilds/NVQ levels 2/3, with a 40-hour week on alternating early/late shifts. Offered package includes up to £48,000 per annum, overtime, 22 days holiday plus Bank Holiday and a company pension.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lighting maintenance: fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels
• Emergency lighting maintenance
• Air Conditioning: AHU/Fan Coil Unit, filter changes
• Chillers: re-set and maintain
• Water treatment: temperature checks
• Plumbing: unblock toilets
• BMS system monitoring (hot & cold)
• UPS systems monitoring and readings
• General building fabric maintenance

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - St Pauls, London - Up to £48,000 Per Annum

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in St Pauls, London. I am currently recruiting for a mechanical or electrical maintenance engineer to be based at a commercial building in St Pauls, London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance covering all tenanted services.

Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work at this very unique and interesting site as part of a 3 person team.

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabricHours of work

Monday to Friday, (40 hour week)

7am - 4pm and 10am - 7pm ( Early and Late Shift )
