CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a static role at a large commercial office estate in Liverpool Street, London. The package includes a basic salary up to £53,000, overtime, and clear career progression opportunities.

You will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G/NVQ Level 2 & 3, carrying out M&E and fabric maintenance in a large team, with duties spanning lighting, HVAC, BMS, pumps, and water treatment.

Qualifications

• Qualified mechanical maintenance engineer with NVQ/C&G Level 2 and Level 3.
• Proven track record in maintenance of large commercial buildings.
• Excellent customer service skills and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive M&E/fabric maintenance in a large team.
• Support on-site supervision and liaise with subcontractors.
• Maintain lighting, emergency lighting, HVAC, pumps, water systems, and BMS readings.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building - Liverpool Street, London - Up to £53,000 per annum

Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider situated in Liverpool Street, London. I am currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a static role in Liverpool Street, Londonwhich is a large commercial office estate.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3 and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance in a large team on a large building responsible for all the landlord services. Working with the maintenance team of engineers on site including the supervisor, you will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below.

In return the company are offering a competitive salary of £53,000, overtime and career progression.

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting & Fire Alarm Test's
• Presurisation Units
• HVAC plant
• Plant room maintenance
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• Pumps, Motors
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals etc
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• General building fabric
• Escort sub contractors

Hours of work

4 Days on 4 Days Off - Days Only

07:00am to 19:00pm
