A Maintenance Engineer role with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in the UK is seeking to join our engineering team. You will respond to machine breakdowns to minimise downtime and improve long-term machine reliability, and execute the plan for preventative maintenance.
You will use root cause analysis tools and 5S, support continuous improvement, carry out routine Planned Preventative Maintenance, and record all tasks on our electronic reporting system.

Respond to machine breakdowns with a view to minimising downtime and improving long term machine reliability
Execution of the Lead/Senior Maintenance Engineer's plan to work preventatively in addition to reactively
Use of appropriate root cause analysis tools & 5S
Actively support a culture of Continuous Improvement, looking at ways to engineer out persistent problems
Carry out routine Planned Preventative Maintenance
Accurately record all maintenance tasks performed on an electronic reporting system
Continuous improvement knowledge
Strong knowledge of good engineering standards
Experience in Engineering, manufacturing or production environments
