Job summary

NPR Recruit is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a Global Engineering Automation business. The role involves completing servicing and repairs on a variety of automation equipment within a site-based team, diagnosing faults and ensuring spares levels are maintained.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or apprenticeship-trained Electrical or Mechanical, or ONC, HNC.
• Experience in FMCG/automation/manufacturing environments.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts Fri-Sun and 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Complete servicing on automation equipment.
• Complete all repairs.
• Diagnose Mechanical or Electrical faults and make repairs based on bias.
• Positively react to any faults.
• Ensure on-site spares are kept to the required level.
