Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator in Cardiff to manage contractor coordination for maintenance and planned works across the country. The role focuses on allocating orders, verifying compliance, and maintaining effective contractor relationships.

You will work with the team to ensure timely updates, accurate costings, and smooth operation of our job management software while supporting a growing contractor network.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities management, or contractor coordination.
• Ability to speak confidently with contractors.
• Strong organizing skills to manage multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance and planned orders to contractors.
• Discuss contractor availability and arrange attendance.
• Onboard new subcontractors when coverage is needed.
• Manage live jobs and chase progress.
• Ensure reports, photos and paperwork are submitted on time.
• Audit jobs to verify works performed.
• Maintain approved subcontractor database.
