Job summary

SRG is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support the engineering department on a 6-month rolling contract in Hampshire. The role focuses on maintenance planning, compliance activities and coordinating contractors across sites, with a Monday to Friday day shift.

You will work with a manufacturing client in regulated environments (pharma, food, FMCG) and leverage CMMS systems, ideally Maximo, to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, engineering maintenance, or maintenance planning.
• Strong knowledge of planned and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Experience using CMMS systems, ideally Maximo.

We're currently searching for a Maintenance Coordinator to join a manufacturing client on a 6 month rolling contract. This role will be responsible for supporting maintenance and compliance activities for the clients engineering department. The position will be working on a Monday to Friday, day shift pattern.

Requirements

• Experience in facilities, engineering maintenance, or maintenance planning.
• Strong knowledge of planned and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Experience using CMMS systems, ideally Maximo.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, permits, RAMS, and maintenance schedules.
• Understanding of HVAC, utilities, building services, etc.
• Experience within regulated manufacturing environments e.g. pharma, food, fmcg, chemical, etc.
