Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, maintenance, scheduling or contract coordination is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineers and manage schedules across multiple contracts.
• Plan reactive and planned maintenance works.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and engineers.
• Raise purchase orders and manage job documentation.
• Update systems, spreadsheets and client portals.
• Monitor KPIs and service levels.
• Ensure compliance records are maintained.
• Deal with correspondence professionally.
• Support the operations team with day-to-day contract administration.
