To strengthen our team KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd has a vacancy for a Maintenance Contract Support Coordinator to be based in our office in Slough. Join our team as a Maintenance Contracts Support Coordinator and play a key role in managing and supporting maintenance contracts while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll help maintain and update procedures in line with our ISO13485 quality management system, produce reports and run database queries to support business operations. Building strong relationships with customers you’ll proactively manage expectations and coordinate contract renewals to ensure ongoing satisfaction. When maintenance activity is quieter you’ll support wider administrative tasks across the team. We’re looking for someone with strong Microsoft Office skills (including Word Excel Outlook and Access or similar databases) experience in data analysis and at least one year in a customer service environment.

Location: Slough (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week Monday‑Friday)

Salary: 33,000 to 36,000

  • Efficiency and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident communication style
  • Produce quotations in a timely manner (2 months prior to renewal) to ensure orders are placed prior to end of the warranty or contract period.
Qualifications and experience
  • One or more years in a customer service environment
  • Experience working with SAP & Sales Force would be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word Excel and Outlook
  • Educated to A level standard or equivalent
  • Provide reports to internal and external stakeholders.
