A local academy is seeking a Mainscale Teacher for Year 6, with a fixed term until August 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and managing student assessments as well as collaborating with parents and support staff. Pentland Primary School are looking to recruit a full-time teacher to join our wonderful primary school. Fixed term until 31st August 2026, in the first instance. The successful candidate will be expected to carry out the duties of a teacher in accordance with the Teachers Pay and Conditions Document and other relevant statutory provisions, and to carry out other such associated duties as are reasonably assigned by the Head teacher.
The successful candidate will be teaching in Year 6 so experience in this year group would be an advantage.
