Works Manager Mains Water Replacement£61-65,000k plus electric car or allowance

Location: Haringey, Camden, Lewisham & Greenwich
Framework: 8-year South East Water Framework

As a proud partner to South East Water, we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team, supporting the delivery of a long-term mains water replacement programme across Haringey, Lewisham and Greenwich.

This is a people-focused leadership role, reporting directly to the Works Manager. You will have 14 Supervisors reporting into you, with overall responsibility for the performance and wellbeing of approximately 40 delivery operatives working across the framework.

You will lead by example, driving high standards across Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Fleet, Operational Delivery and Customer Experience, while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and right first time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire and support operational teams, always placing safety at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Manage and develop Supervisors and delivery teams, ensuring colleagues receive the training, coaching and support required to remain competent and compliant.
  • Promote a right first time culture to minimise rework, defects and customer complaints.
