A leading healthcare provider in Greater London is seeking an experienced Treatment Team Leader. This role involves providing high-quality radiotherapy care, leading treatment teams, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. Candidates must hold a DCR(T) or BSC in Therapy Radiography and be registered with HCPC. The position offers professional development opportunities and flexible working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in radiotherapy and experience in senior clinical roles.
A permanent band 7 Treatment Team Leader opportunity has arisen for an experienced therapeutic radiographer who is ready to move into a senior leadership role, we are also seeking a band 7 Treatment Team Leader maternity leave cover for 12 months, which will start in February. Both positions are 1.0wte and you will be asked about your interest in both posts if invited to interview.
We have now established our SABR treatment delivery programme and are using SGRT on our newest linac. We also treat intra-cranial SRS as well as TBI & TLNI. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge across treatment and pre‑treatment pathways and you will be expected to participate in the emergency on‑call rota.

We support leadership development with excellent leadership development programmes delivered by the Trust. We support flexible working arrangements and all applicants would be expected to support the working hours of the service and work across sites.
Operating mainly from our Charing Cross site, our equipment portfolio includes five True Beam Linacs (one based at Hammersmith Hospital), Siemens go.Open Pro CT scanner and Xstrahl unit; our Elekta Flexitron Brachytherapy unit is based at Hammersmith Hospital in a dedicated brachytherapy suite. In 2026 we will replace two of or linacs with Accuray Radixact systems.
