Machine Operator / General Operative - Immediate Start

Location: CV4 9AP
Hours: 07:30 - 17:45, Monday to Thursday
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Machine Operator / General Operative to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in the Coventry area. This role is suited to someone with a strong hands‑on background who is comfortable working in a production or engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating production machinery in line with job specifications and company procedures
  • Carrying out general operative duties including loading, unloading, and basic machine adjustments
  • Performing visual quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Assisting with machine setups, changeovers, and routine tasks
  • Following all health and safety guidelines at all times
  • Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
