Machine Learning Researcher at Leading Market Maker / Hedge Fund

We are seeking a Machine Learning Researcher to join a leading Market Maker and Hedge Fund. This role offers a salary of £200k base plus a bonus of £150k to £400k, applicable to candidates of all experience levels.

Client Overview:

Our client is one of the world's top market makers, expanding their Machine Learning and AI teams. They have invested heavily in data capabilities and handle a high volume of trades daily, working with large datasets requiring significant computational resources.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will extract signals from extensive market data to derive valuable insights. The role involves collaboration across trading and engineering teams to optimize PnL, sharing insights across desks, and applying ML techniques to improve performance and operational efficiency.
