Job summary

Experis seeks a M365 Engineer (x2 seats) for onsite work in Portsmouth, Stevenage or Newport. The role covers incident resolution (2nd/3rd line) for telephony and videoconferencing, hardware/software requests, and knowledge-base contributions.

You will participate in telephony/videoconferencing projects, maintain the infrastructure (MCO) and update docs. English proficiency is required in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Cisco VoIP, Unity Connection, Jabber and Cisco videoconferencing.
• Experience with VMware suite and vSAN storage.
• Familiarity with Kurmi, Telsica, PeterConnects ecosystems.
• Good understanding of SIP/H323 protocols and WAN/LAN networks.

Description:

Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Cisco VoIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IP Phones, Cisco SBS, VG2xx...), Webex, and Cisco videoconferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip…).
• Knowledge of VMware suite and vSAN storage.
• Familiarity with Kurmi, Telsica, and PeterConnects ecosystems.
• Good understanding of SIP/H323 protocols.
• Knowledge of WAN/LAN networks and security, as well as system administration and PC environments would be a plus.
• International environment, so a good level of English (reading, speaking, writing) is required.
