Job summary

Investigo is seeking an experienced Cisco Voice & Collaboration Engineer to provide operational support, maintenance and project delivery across enterprise telephony and videoconferencing environments.

The role focuses on 2nd and 3rd line support, incident resolution, infrastructure maintenance and continuous improvement of Cisco-based collaboration platforms including CUCM, Unity Connection, Webex and Cisco videoconferencing solutions.

Qualifications

• Active SC Clearance & sole UK national.
• Advanced Cisco VoIP knowledge: CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IP Phones, Webex.
• Experience with Cisco videoconferencing endpoints, TMS, Pexip.
• 2nd/3rd line support, incident resolution, maintenance and project delivery.
• Strong SIP and H.323 understanding.
• Experience with Kurmi, Telsica and PeterConnects administration tools.
• Documentation and knowledge transfer to support teams.
• VMware vSphere and vSAN knowledge.
• WAN/LAN networking, security, and system administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across enterprise telephony and videoconferencing.
• Carry out maintenance, incident resolution and service improvements.
• Deliver project work related to Cisco collaboration platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases.

Cisco Voice & Collaboration Engineer – Active SC £525 per day – Inside IR35 Portsmouth / Stevenage / Newport – 5 days a week on site in most suitable location 3 months

We are seeking an experienced Cisco Voice & Collaboration Engineer to provide operational support, maintenance and project delivery across enterprise telephony and videoconferencing environments. The role focuses on 2nd and 3rd Line support, incident resolution, infrastructure maintenance, and continuous improvement of Cisco-based collaboration platforms including CUCM, Unity Connection, Webex and Cisco videoconferencing solutions. .

Key Requirements

• Must have Active SC Clearance & be a sole UK national.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco VoIP technologies including CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Cisco IP Phones, Cisco SBS, VG2xx gateways, Webex, Cisco videoconferencing solutions (endpoints, TMS, Pexip), with proven experience providing 2nd and 3rd Line support, incident resolution, operational maintenance, project delivery, and administration of enterprise telephony and collaboration environments.
• Strong understanding of SIP and H.323 protocols, alongside experience with Kurmi, Telsica and PeterConnects administration tools.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation, contributing to knowledge bases, delivering knowledge transfer to support teams, and supporting continuous service improvement activities.
• Knowledge of VMware technologies including VMware vSphere and vSAN storage.
• Good understanding of WAN/LAN networking, security principles, system administration and desktop environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills within enterprise environments.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to operate effectively in an international environment.
