Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in London is seeking an Meetings and Events Supervisor to keep the M&E operation running smoothly and to lead your team in delivering exceptional guest experiences at events.

You will be hands-on, ensure facilities and equipment are well maintained, manage staffing levels for events, and collaborate with F&B and other hotel departments to provide a seamless service. This role offers training and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver excellent customer care and guest experience.
• Proven experience leading events teams in a hotel or similar venue.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, proactive communication with clients and departments.

Responsibilities

• Be a vibrant host for customers and recognise their needs; customer retention is crucial.
• Be hands on and visible in the operation with the ability to lead and multi-task.
• Keep hotel facilities and equipment well-maintained and fully functional.
• Establish relationships with organisers and other hotel departments through great communication.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate for upcoming events and busy periods.
• Assist the F&B Team when M&E is not busy.

As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Supervisor, you'll be keeping the M&E operation running like clockwork and leading your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us.
