Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a Meetings and Events (M&E) Supervisor to keep the M&E operation running smoothly and to lead your team in delivering outstanding guest experiences across our hotels in the UK.

You’ll be hands-on, ensure staffing levels for events, coordinate with F&B and other departments, and maintain facilities and equipment. If you’re passionate about hospitality and people leadership, join our bold Leonardo team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the M&E operation to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Be hands-on and visible in the events area, able to multi-task.
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate for upcoming events.
• Coordinate with the F&B team and other hotel departments.
• Maintain facilities and equipment for smooth event delivery.
• Establish strong relationships with event organisers and stakeholders.
