Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Pauls seeks a proactive M&E Supervisor to lead the events team, ensuring flawless delivery of meetings and events. You will oversee staffing, coordinate with departments, and maintain facilities and equipment to create exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume hotel environment, with a focus on customer care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or events management.
• Strong communication and guest-relations focus.
• Able to lead and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise M&E operation and team to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage and other departments.
• Liaise with event organisers and guests to meet needs and expectations.
